Our pea plants start to flower!

Term 3 - Week 3

 We went to see a science show in the Muritai centre.

We saw experiments showing how bubbles are filled with gas,

how dry ice has a reaction when placed in water, and how some things combine to make a mixture but others separate (like water and oil).

 The photo below shows water 

(with blue food colouring added) and oil.

We tried to mix them up a few times but they soon separated again.

Term 2 - Week 2

We caught 'Marble Madness' as the whole class 

tested their skills playing marbles.
